This is a very interesting time for Calgary Real Estate. January’s 2016 sales numbers were terrible; there are over 50% fewer sales than in January 2014.
The pundits are saying if you want to sell and buy another home that this is a great market to do that, they are also saying it is a very good time to buy a property with interest rates at almost historical lows.
