Good morning Calgary. The news about home sales in our town doesn’t seem to be getting any better. What this article doesn’t cover is that every price point in our market is being affected by the low price of oil. Our great clients that are succeeding in this market place have a pragmatic view that it is todays buyers who determine value. My job is to share current market information that will allow everyone we work for to succeed. This is my 4th time in a down market since 1986 and my guidance to everyone participating in this market is “this to shall pass” we just don’t have any idea how long it might take.
